November brings crisp mornings and perfect nights by the bonfire.   Check out this awesome bonfire pit we had made for us.   There have been many Marco V's enjoyed while sitting around this pit.   

The November cool down also makes us think about the nice tropical weather where our tobacco grows.   We grow our shade grown tobacco in 2 regions - Ecuador and the Dominican Republic.   Both regions use different methods to produce shade grown tobacco.   In the Dominican Republic we use screens built over the tobacco to provide enough interference with the sun to achieve the effect of a beautiful golden brown color with minimal vein development.   In Ecuador the consistent cloud cover is such that screens are not needed.  This is truly an amazing feat by mother nature.   The color is a little darker but the same effect is achieved.  

Quality shade grown tobacco is a critical component to our Dom, Havana, La Canela, Diamond, Dieci X, and Dom Prive'.   It provides a beautiful wrapper and subtle flavors that contribute to the complexity of our Marco V cigars.
