Cultivation and Harvesting

As the tobacco plant grows, it is planted in the ground where it goes through several stages of development. The leaves are carefully monitored by our engineers and harvested at the optimal time to ensure the best flavor and quality. The leaves are then cured and aged to develop their unique characteristics.

Processing and Fermentation

Once the leaves are harvested, they undergo a meticulous process of curing, fermenting, and aging.  This is the area what sets Marco V Cigars apart.  We have proprietary methods that help enhance this process that give Marco V Cigars their unique flavor.  This process is essential for developing the complex flavors and aromas that are characteristic of premium cigars. The leaves are carefully stacked and monitored to ensure proper fermentation, which can take months to complete.

Rolling and Aging

After the leaves have been fermented, our skilled 15 pairs of artisans known as torcedores hand-roll the cigars. They expertly blend different types of tobacco leaves to create a harmonious flavor profile. The rolled cigars are then aged in carefully controlled conditions to allow the flavors to mature and intensify.

Once the cigars have aged to perfection, they are ready to be enjoyed. Each cigar is a testament to the craftsmanship and expertise that goes into every step of the process.
