Before we get into the intinery I want to give one piece of advice -- DON'T BELIEVE THE SCARE TACTICS ON THE INTERNET. The hype written on the Internet about crime and lack of safety in Rio is poisonous-- as it is keeping people away from this must see tourist...

Q: There is a new tab on your website. It is titled the Collection - what is it?

A: The COLLECTION is more of an expression of art than a product extension. Because we are a boutique brand and our products a carefully handcrafted one at a time with the utmost emphasis on quality, we thought it would be inappropriate to use mass manufactured glassware to compliment/ or consume our product.

The...

We are unvieling the newest addition to our Marco V Cigar portfolio which will be available late Spring/early Summer:

"The Marc" is the mark of Marco V Co. It is our symbol that we put on everything... most recognizably on the center of all of our cigars. It looks like an "M" but represents so much more:

The M is esentially a representation of our brand. The 3 points of the M (top left, top right, and middle) display a V but also represents the 3 foundational aspects of our business:

- Guaranteed quality
-...

We at Marco V Cigars are incredibly passionate about increasing the standards of the large gauge cigar category. As the cigar industry continues to become monopolized by huge tobacco conglomerates, the art of the large gauge cigar is dying.

Because large gauge cigars contain more tobacco, companies will do one of three things:

1.) Use cheap, poor quality filler to keep costs down
2.) Charge an arm...

This article was written nearly 10 years ago about the fat cigar trend. We built this brand because we like smoking large gauge cigars and so do our customers. I am not entirely sure it is a trend. They make the argument that large gauge cigars are a novelty cigar or for special occassions. However, we aim to provide cigars that can be for special occassions or a mainstain in your everyday cigar...

- Many lighters (single flame/non-wind...
